Serves as the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce and Marketing Cloud lead for the Office of Admissions; explores new uses and functionality of all systems under the direction and in collaboration with the Associate Director Operations & Data; works collaboratively in the design, testing, and maintenance of business processes, reports, queries, and dashboards to improve recruitment, admissions, and onboarding for incoming students; creates and manages CRM strategy and implementation for the Office of Admissions in collaboration with University Relations; and works with Admissions leadership team to strategize and serve in a consultative role for internal teams, such as processing and campus events, to ensure accurate and quality data input and output.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least three years of experience in a higher education setting; experience with student information systems, CRM, and related computer applications and systems; and strong oral and written communication skills required. Master’s degree preferred.
