Position Function: The Career Success Coach will manage a roster of Lifetime Learning participants in various career trainings and help individuals enrolled in courses obtain employment which pay a living wage and have opportunities for advancement and increased employment options.
The Career Success Coach is responsible for providing intake, assessments, job coaching support, career services, employment placement to participants and adhering to all program implementation requirements. The successful candidate will be service-oriented, flexible, and collaborative to positively support adult participants in identifying strengths, aligning them with career paths, overcoming obstacles to success, completing certification exams, and obtaining employment.?

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution by date of employment.
One year of relevant experience (for example: teaching, counseling, advising, recruitment, admissions, program support/administration).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High degree of commitment to customer service and student success.
Strong focus on detail and task completion.
Highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience assisting students; additional years of related experience.
