The Placement Exchange Job Board

Position purpose:The Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Education & Learning Initiatives shall work on the creation and sustained delivery of training and education programs focused on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion and social justice in alignment with university-wide DEI goals and objectives.  This position is designed to work with various units (e.g., student affairs, academic affairs, HR, graduate/professional schools, etc.) with a scope that extends throughout the university that requires innovation and autonomy.  The position will develop a slate of educational and training programs emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice to strengthen and enhance the overall cultural humility of faculty, staff and students to assist in creating a camp
