The Placement Exchange Job Board

Demonstrate scholarly productivity in research; teach courses and advise students in the Department of Educational Leadership primarily in the field of higher education; seek external funds to support research activities; provide service to the field and profession; and participate in program, department, college, and university service.

Required qualifications include: (1) an earned doctorate in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, or closely related field from an accredited university, or expected graduation prior to August 15, 2023, (2) a minimum of three years of professional experience as an administrator at the college/university level, and (3) evidence of the potential to develop an active and sustainable research agenda with the promise of external funding in an area associated with higher education.

Preferred qualifications include: (1) professional experience and teaching and research interest in student affairs, enrollment management, academic support, higher education leadership, and/or higher education finance, (2) experience teaching graduate-level courses and with dissertation committees, (3) previous publications and experience with external funding, (4) evidence of service to the profession, and (5) demonstrated familiarity with the use of online instructional technologies.
