The Student NCLEX Success Manager (SNSM) has responsibilities that include academic success consultation/coaching for academic skill development, time management, study skills and test taking strategies for the retention/persistence of enrolled nursing students. The SNSM interacts with students, university faculty and advising teams, professional staff, and other program personnel, including Kaplan (or other vendor) contacts, to enhance and facilitate the testing performance, progression, and graduation of students from orientation to NCLEX testing.

Provide on-site success coaching and coordination of appropriate student services
Manages Individualized Student Success Plans based on testing performance
Qualifications

Experience:
Student services, counseling or teaching experience is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong exam and test preparation strategy experience in a Higher Ed setting
Experience with NCLEX prep resources in nursing curricula
Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent) required
Master's Degree in higher education, nursing education, or counseling preferred
Experience in healthcare or a complementary field preferred
