Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Living Learning Communities (LLC) Assistant Director, provide program assistance to assigned communities. Duties to include: developing and facilitating evening, weekend, in-person, virtual programs; developing and maintaining faculty partnerships; facilitating marketing initiatives including social media; assisting in assessment; conducting academic intervention; managing application process; and tracking course enrollment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field and one year relevant experience with college students or adolescents in community groups in an advisory, administrative or educational capacity (residential life, living learning or student affairs experience); OR bachelor's degree in related field plus at least three years relevant training & experience with college students or adolescents in community groups in an advisory, administrative or educational capacity (residential life, living learning or student affairs). Event planning experience is required.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree with 3-5 years experience in Residential Life or Living Learning in a university setting; Experience with student management, assessment and database management, training, faculty relationship building, social media management, video and photo editing, StarRez, and Orion.
