POSITIONGOALS
Provide administrative support for the Director of Student Support Services and the SSS Program.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
1. Scans and indexes documents for document imaging. 2. Performs administrative support for the Student Support Services Office including but not limited to reception, scheduling meetings, typing reports, maintaining calendars, faxing and filing. 3. Uses discretion to evaluate and resolve matters referred to the SSS Office. 4. Researches and compiles information for special reports. 5. Coordinates and caries out various special projects, establish timelines, and ensure accurate and full completion of projects in a timely manner. 6. Prepares required reports for the Director. 7. Maintain all confidential employee files. 8. Schedule appointments for SSS staff. 9. Assists Director with Blumen software data entry and other grant required data collection for the Annual Performance Report. 10. Ensures efficient SSS program data collection and maintenance and security of comprehensive student records. 11. Enters purchase requisitions, payment authorizations via OneSolution. 12. This position description outlines the general nature and level of work assigned to individuals who function in this job. Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS
1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Experience with computerized information systems. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 4. Excellent customer service skills. 5. Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task. 6. Excellent communication skills; both oral and writing.
