The Office of Admissions seeks a qualified individual for the Admissions Operations Technician position, supervised by the Director of Systems Services in Enrollment Management within the Office of Admissions. This position will support the maintenance and continual development of modules in the university's central student data platform for the Office of Admissions, as well as the integrations with this platform and other admissions systems.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Support data integration between admissions-related systems.
Support the implementation of business processes for the Office of Admissions in the university's central student data platform.
Support the identification, planning, and implementation of configuration changes, customizations, and new features for the Office of Admissions.
Maintain and develop automated communications as needed for admissions processing.
Train Admissions staff and others on using the central student data platform, including summarization of upgrades.
Build and run regular data integrity checks across systems.
Assist with daily processing/data integrity issue resolution.
Work with other members of the Systems team on the transfer of data between systems.
Participation in Admissions and Enrollment Management events, which include evening and weekend events.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
2 or more years relevant professional experience.
Experience with customer relationship management systems.
Basic knowledge of higher education.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse constituency.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:
3 years or more of higher education experience with student information systems.
Knowledge of data management concepts.
Experience with programming and visual tools such as Microsoft Office, SQL, project management.
Experience with Technolutions Slate or comparable CRM.
