Position Title: Admissions Operations Technician

Position Summary:

• Support data integration between admissions-related systems.
• Support the implementation of business processes for the Office of Admissions in the university's central student data platform.
• Support the identification, planning, and implementation of configuration changes, customizations, and new features for the Office of Admissions.
• Maintain and develop automated communications as needed for admissions processing.
• Train Admissions staff and others on using the central student data platform, including summarization of upgrades.
• Build and run regular data integrity checks across systems.
• Assist with daily processing/data integrity issue resolution.
• Work with other members of the Systems team on the transfer of data between systems.
• Participation in Admissions and Enrollment Management events, which include evening and weekend events.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 or more years relevant professional experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems.
• Basic knowledge of higher education.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse constituency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of higher education experience with student information systems.
• Knowledge of data management concepts.
• Experience with programming and visual tools such as Microsoft Office, SQL, project management.
• Experience with Technolutions Slate or comparable CRM.
