Job Summary:

The incumbent in this position serves as the professional administrative support to Strategic Enrollment Management.
Connecting with these values, this position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Strategic Enrollment Management area. Duties include: providing support to the Associate Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management, facilitating the work of staff and volunteers as it relates to internal and external events hosted by the SEM team, assisting with the SEM development and monitoring of the budget, recruiting, training and managing schedules of student staff within the SEM, and assisting with strategic planning for the division and with college-wide initiatives relating to strategic enrollment initiatives. Additional responsibilities include scheduling trainings for SEM employees, assisting department leaders with the onboarding of new hires, and supporting the Associate Dean of SEM with managing marketing projects.
Additionally, this position is responsible for back office support such as generating requisitions, processing check requests, and purchasing needs of the SEM.
While working with a diverse College population, this position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to think critically and respond to stressful situations effectively and with diplomacy.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated support experience.
Demonstrated experience coordinating all aspects of events.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with budget monitoring.
Demonstrated skills in all Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience working in a higher education setting.
Prior leadership experience.
