The Area Zone Maintenance professional provides skilled planned and corrective cross-functional maintenance and repair services during emergency situations. They provide skilled maintenance and repair services during scheduled planned maintenance including carpentry, locksmith, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting for residence halls on the Columbia campus of the University of South Carolina. This position has been designated as essential personnel during inclement/hazardous weather and other emergencies.
