Job Summary/Basic Function:

• Health insurance – Low bi-weekly premium, with coverage starting on the first day of employment for employee and all dependents.
• Dental insurance – Coverage is free to employee and dependents with coverage starting on the first day of employment.
• Vision insurance – Coverage is free to employee and dependents with coverage starting on the first day of employment.
• Group life insurance – Equal to annual salary (up to $40,000) at no cost to the employee.

Required Qualifications:

• One year professional nursing experience.
• Current PA State Board Registered Nursing License .
• Experience doing complete patient assessments.
• CPR & AED certification.
• Experience using electronic medical records.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ethics and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Evidence of a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Successful interview.
• Successful completion of three background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in ER, Family Practice, or College Health.
• Phlebotomy experience.

Essential Functions:

• Walking/Standing for extended periods of time.
• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• Flu clinics/Health Fairs will be conducted outdoors.
• Must be able to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse and to perform essential nursing duties.
• Be able to wear full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Exposure to disease/infection on a daily basis.

Days Worked: Monday - Friday

Hours/Shift worked: Monday – Thursday \ 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday \ 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
