Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is looking for a Retention and Assessment Specialist to help assist in recruiting, testing and monitoring operations of the College and Career Readiness Department. Analyzing student data per NCCCS Basic skills benchmarks and federal requirements to prepare timely reports that allow for data informed management will be critical to the success of incoming candidates
Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Education or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in higher education data systems and processes.
