WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Office of Student Activities, along with the Division of Student Life, believes in strong support for our students as holistic people, scholars, and leaders. By getting to know our students by name and story, we strive to champion student success and provide a transformative college experience. In this role, no two days will ever be the same. You will have the ability to work closely with motivated and involved St. Olaf students, staff, and faculty to cultivate dynamic experiences that advance and augment the St. Olaf experience. Your typical week will include the strategic development of programmatic initiatives, building community with student leaders, cultivating opportunities for development and involvement, and collaborating with colleagues on upcoming experiences and opportunities.
You’re a great fit if you have: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 2+ years of professional or graduate-level experience in the areas of college student engagement, student development, event and program management, or related experience.
A helpful background includes: A Master’s degree in Student Affairs or related field and 3+ years of experience in the areas of college student engagement, student development, event and program management, or related experience.
