Job Description
Join an innovative team working with students living throughout the USA who are enrolled in a national online Master of Social Work program. This position is responsible for student service activities that promote student retention, student satisfaction, and ongoing professional development. Activities include providing orientation, academic advising, and program planning; assessing students progress and performance; designing and teaching professional development seminars; and providing guidance regarding academic policies and procedures. We seek an individual who will help build a culture of inclusion and solidarity, promote student engagement and empowerment. Commitment to Anti-oppressive social work practice and social justice. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills; the ability to multi-task, work independently, and be team oriented; and have comfort with use of computer technology. 20 hour per week position that requires some night and weekend work that will be done virtually.


Required Skills
MSW and LICSW equivalent plus a minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in macro clinical social work practice and supervision of MSW student interns.
