The Enrollment and Student Success division supports a student’s entire collegiate experience from the point of admission through to graduation. We partner with students, faculty and staff to provide a network of opportunities and services that lead to student success. Collectively, the division of Enrollment and Student Success positively influences the health, safety and well-being of the student body. The Department of Campus Housing and Community Living provides a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for students living on campus. These 11-month, live-on positions are expected to work July through May, including some evening and weekend obligations. The successful candidates will assist with; assessments and retention efforts, conduct cases in their assigned area of responsibility, restorative practices, and efforts in the areas of diversity and/or wellness, and other focused programming. Oversight of the operations of the assigned residence halls in their community to include supervision of Community Advocates and Assistant Community Directors is also included. As an institution that delivers challenging and high-quality educational experiences to a diverse group of learners, the successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of and sensitivity to diversity, inclusion, and equity-minded policies, programs, and practices.
