The Associate Director for Contract Management is responsible for the management and coordination of the facility contract oversight for Capital Projects, Public Private Partnership and Master Lease arrangements for University Housing.
Supports facility operations through the preparation, negotiation, implementation, and oversight of legally enforceable performance commitments and risk positions, both to the market and from the market.
Develops reports, standard operating procedures, equipment repair videos, blueprint library, and training programs for Housing Facilities personnel
Assesses the effectiveness of the contractor in performance of their contractual obligations
Serves as primary liaison with contractors
Monitors existing contracts for compliance with terms and conditions
Reviews and manages contractual obligations
Provides continual review to ensure all conditions and terms are met
Works with multiple campus partners, internal directorates and contract vendor
Prepares and analyzes reports and documents for upper management review

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field and 3 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree in related field and 5 years related experience, or high school diploma and 9 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree and 12 years of demonstrated project management experience with considerable experience with programming, design, and management of projects.
