The Placement Exchange Job Board

The University of Kentucky, Office of Student Conduct is currently seeking multiple Student Responsibility Coordinators who will be responsible for administering the student conduct process for students alleged to have violated the University’s Code of Student Conduct. These positions will report to the Associate Director for Student Conduct and will facilitate student conduct processes fostering student learning outcomes, oversee daily administrative functions, investigative meetings, case management, conflict management, and education and outreach services across campus.

Primary responsibilities will include: reviewing incident reports, facilitating meetings with students and registered student organizations, determining appropriate process for managing behavior, adjudicating cases and determining developmental sanctions related to university policies, scheduling and conducting investigation meetings, documenting and maintaining case files, determining appropriate student referrals, and facilitating conflict management process. These positions will create and research Code of Student Conduct content, present prevention programs, develop and present University trainings to appropriate groups across campus, serve as a student conduct resource and consultant on complex student issues, and lead various projects related to student conduct work. This individuals will serve on University and divisional committees and collaborate closely with University partners to support students including emergency situations. This individuals will have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas related to student conduct. Areas will be determined based on interest and skill and may rotate yearly. Examples include, but are not limited to, conflict management, organization conduct, alternative dispute resolution, and assessment.
