Position Description The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Student Services is responsible for the overall management, planning, administration, and evaluation of the programs, services, personnel, policies, procedures, and budget of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso) Office of Student Services and Student Engagement (OSSSE).
