UWC² has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Administrator within their Academic Programs Operations team.

This multi-faceted position maintains, implements, and delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality degree and certificate programs. The PA makes key decisions in collaboration with Partner Success Leads to ensure the success of the day-to-day operation of their programs.
The PA will be knowledgeable of a wide range of UWC² and UW policies and procedures governing programs, instructors, and students. To thrive in this role, the PA will work effectively across operational teams internally within UWC² and with other academic and support units at the University. Overall, this position safeguards the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of data, key processes and complex tasks that are central to the success of these self-sustaining programs.
Work closely with Partner Success Leads and campus partners to obtain all relevant course and instructor information for entry into Continuum College database.
Responsible for ongoing course data management, which drives numerous processes to ensure consistent programs and positive student experiences.
PROBLEM-SOLVING AND PROGRAM SUPPORT
Establish and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholder groups, campus partners, and internal support teams to proactively plan and resolve operational issues.
Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries from campus partners.
Liaise with the Finance department to troubleshoot and research fee rate issues and EOS set up.
May perform some budget preparation and program set up in the student information system in conjunction with Fiscal Services.
Ensure that registration flows smoothly and be a point of contact for Registration Services staff when questions arise.
Investigate issues related to EOS database, including student fees, registrations, student statuses, and course and program set up.
Process Guest Speaker and other contracts as requested.
FACILITATIVE PROGRAM LEADERSHIP
Seek opportunities to update and improve the operational processes and procedures associated with programs and courses.
Assist in training new program managers on PA role, as well as on the student information system.
Provide coverage for team members who are out of the office or during times of staffing transitions.
Assign work to student assistants as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, or other related field and at least two years of increasingly responsible administrative experience.
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate proficiency in the use of Internet technologies and database systems.
Ability to enter, review, and analyze data
Skills and experience in writing, editing, and proofing.
Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to work in a professional manner both as a self-starter and as a team member.
A successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple priorities and programs within a highly complex and fast-paced organization.
Familiarity with administrative policies and procedures in a university environment
A record of cultivating a strong team environment for achieving the goals of the organization within a customer service environment.
Working knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting principles.
