The Healthy Masculinity Program Coordinator will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs targeting male-identified college students related to gender, healthy masculinity, healthy relationship skills, and interpersonal violence prevention. Duties will include conducting needs assessments/surveys, researching best practices, developing healthy masculinity programs, and designing/implementing program evaluations; developing campus-wide violence prevention marketing campaigns related to gender and healthy masculinity, including poster/postcard design and social media messaging; assisting CARE's Interpersonal Violence Prevention Coordinator with the implementation of CARE presentations, tabling and other educational efforts including bystander intervention programming; and participating on violence prevention committees, coalitions, and task forces including but not limited to: UNCW Student Affairs' Campus Programming Committee, the Rape Crisis Center's Sexual Violence Prevention Task Force, and the North Carolina Coalitions' Campus Consortium. This position will also co-supervise CARE Peer Educators with the Interpersonal Violence Prevention Coordinator in the planning and delivery of CARE programs, events, tabling, and presentations.

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

The UNCW Collaboration for Assault Response and Education is the campus initiative dedicated to intervening in a broad spectrum of violent behaviors, including sexual assault, relationship abuse, stalking, and harassment.
