The ADA-MFE is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and ticket sales plan, and brand awareness. Consistent with SUNY Oswego’s, the Division of Student Affairs, and IA mission and strategic priorities, the ADA-MFE will provide visionary leadership for staff, coaches, and student-athletes, focus on building community engagement, administering a campus marketing strategy to increase student engagement, and enhance the game-day experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management or related field by time of appointment
• 1-3 years of progressive intercollegiate athletic experience; preferred work experience in sports marketing, sales promotions or related field.
• Experience Bleachr Fan App or comparable software
• Experience in developing and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, wellness-related, and student success programming
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
