Masters Degree in college student affairs, higher education, counseling, women's studies, or related field. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Knowledge of current trends and issues pertaining to diversity in post-secondary education. Ability to work with diverse groups. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced, changing environment. Willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
