Job Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the management of a highly complex food operation that includes Rathskeller, Stiftskeller and the Brat Stand, a large restaurant complex with alcohol service and concession sales. The Assistant Manager will provide direct supervision to full time and part time staff. This position is responsible for overall management of the unit, sales, customer satisfaction, food safety and profitability.The position is scheduled when the business needs dictate. This position works a combination of days, nights and weekends. Consistently 2 days off every week and the 45 hours per week is expected. Responsibilities: Oversees daily food service operation
