Job Description: What We Are Looking For
The Senior Coordinator of Student Involvement provides administrative support for all student organizations related to operations, risk management, and eligibility. The position is responsible for the daily management of student organization processes as well as the development of new concepts for student leader support.
A Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Master's degree and two years of relevant work experience are preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Develop, enhance, and maintain pertinent information about student organizations through online management systems and the Baylor website including the online roster, eligibility reports, awards processes, and relevant technology
Assist student organization leaders with the systems, processes, and policies required for effective event planning and management
Conduct and document annual state-mandated risk management training for all student organization leaders and advisors
Identify and lead the engagement process for student organizations in need of enhanced support for operations
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
