The Office of University Compliance is seeking applications for an Equity Compliance Officer. The Equity Compliance Officer serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Title VI Coordinator for the university. Reporting to the Compliance Coordinator and Compliance Counsel, the Equity Compliance Officer is responsible for:
investigating discrimination and harassment complaints;
educating and training the university community in all matters relating to sexual misconduct, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action;
monitoring and implementing University-wide compliance training;
creating and implementing policies and procedures; and
performing other related duties as assigned.
