The Stanford Fund (Est. 1994) is the university's primary annual fund for undergraduate alumni, parents, and students. Reporting to the Associate Director of Annual Giving and Engagement, the Partnership Program Coordinator acts as one of the primary connections between the Office of Development and current Stanford undergraduates. They oversee an important part of our student engagement program by managing the distribution of alumni donations to over 120 Stanford student groups and coordinating student volunteers to drive our donor stewardship efforts.
This position will work directly with student leaders, voluntary student organizations, and front-line fundraisers to deepen the connection between students, donors, and the broader campus community. The ideal candidate for this position is an excellent project manager and an empathetic listener. They enjoy working with students, supporting passion projects, and creating compelling and fun programs that instill lasting positive impressions.

- Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people, including staff, students, and donors.

- Basic knowledge of database systems.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace equivalents.
The main work location for this position is Stanford University Historic campus. Open to hybrid work schedule (minimum two days per week onsite).
The expected pay range for this position is $66,000 - $81,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently perform desk-based computer tasks, sit, and use a telephone, stand/walk.
- Occasionally light/fine grasping, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds, writing by hand.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California Non-commercial Class license.
