Among other assigned tasks, a Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for cleanliness and sanitation standards at the Fluno Center. This position has direct contact with our customers and requires excellent customer service abilities. The position works under the supervision of a the hotel Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Cleans and attends to guest's needs in rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replacing amenities. Stocks supplies and reports damages/repairs to supervisory staff and cleans building common areas.
80% Cleans rooms as assigned and according to guest requests
5% Cleans and maintains hallways and common guest areas
5% Maintains organization of supply areas and equipment and requests additional supplies as needed
5% Documents and reports repairs, violations, and other building needs
5% Directs relations and interactions with customers to accommodate their needs

The Fluno Center for Executive Education and Conference Centers are part of the Wisconsin Union operation and support continuing education and campus conferences.
The Fluno Center serves as a premier conference and lodging resource for continuing education, campus conferences and visitors. The Fluno Center includes 100 guest rooms, classrooms, and dining facilities. Conference Centers provides high-quality conference services, including lodging, audiovisual, catering and registration services for roughly 65,000 unique attendees for events and meetings.
