Experience with IT services provided by Student Affairs and Infrastructure and Systems.
Experience in a university/higher education IT environment.
Experience serving as a Project Manager on IT Projects.
Familiarity with concepts, tools and techniques related to one or more of these fields: training, communications, business analysis, documentation development, and change management.
Experience with Agile frameworks and/or certifications.
Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP.
