Associate Director for Academic Initiatives, Assessment, and Student Success
Job Duties: The specific duties and responsibilities of this position include planning, leadership, and supervisory responsibility of seven main programmatic or operational areas including:1) Leadership and responsibility for first year experiences assessment including pre and posttesting-surveys. Coordinate all aspects of assessment for Residence Life area including writing/updating outcomes, strategic plan initiatives, and quarterly reports.2) Direct supervision of 2-3 professional staff members, graduate assistants, and other staffassigned. Co-supervision of Assistant Director of LLCs & Student Success.3) Leadership and oversight of a Campus Living tutoring center(s) or space(s) includingexpanded
