Location: Campus location to be determined- Fergus Falls or Moorhead CampusFull/Part Time: Full TimeEmployment Condition: Limited Job Description: This position is a 5-year grant funded position through December 31, 2027 and exists to coordinate and lead efforts to increase course completion, persistence, and retention and close equity gaps. The Director will ensure services are coordinated between faculty, staff, and administration in the area of academic support services while providing direction, leadership, and development of students across the college. This includes providing leadership to success navigators, academic support specialists, and peer tutoring and mentoring.
