The Residential Life and Housing Department at the College of Saint Benedict invites applications for a full-time (.92 FTE), benefit eligible position of Residence Director. In support of the four-year residential experience at the College of Saint Benedict, the Residence Director (RD) is responsible for creating a supportive environment in a campus residential area that promotes the values and practices of Catholic, Benedictine living with an intentional focus on the development of women. The RD serves as a mentor, resource person, and role model to residents and student staff members.
