The basics of this position:

Performs functions of CRT Data Entry, filing, record keeping, and answering phones in a department office; orders supplies and assists in maintaining inventory.

What you'll do:

• Enters and checks information in the CRT/computer. May issue stock items and
   office supplies.
• Maintains filing system to ensure accurate and complete department records.
• May type file or inventory cards.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory.
• Screens phone calls, answering questions or forwarding to appropriate personnel.
• Uses telephone, CRT/PC, copier, calculator.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education, experience, and other requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent and over three (3) months of relevant full-time
general clerical experience.
