Job Description:
The tutor will provide in-person and/or online tutoring services to Radiologic Technology students including subject matter in radiologic technology and mathematical concepts in radiologic technology.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide subject tutoring in Radiologic Technology subject matter and mathematical concepts in radiologic technology
Provide one-on-one and group tutoring
Coordinate with Radiologic Technology faculty on subject matter as needed
Maintain required digital and paper tutoring records
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Associate's degree or certification in Radiologic Technology
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching or tutoring in a radiologic technology program
Knowledge of mathematical concepts and functions in radiologic technology
Additional Information:
Position Status: Part-time, Non-benefited Massachusetts Community College Council (MCCC) union position.
This position is subject to grant funding (Perkins Grant) and is contingent upon availability of funds.
Hours: Vary, not to exceed 936 hours annually.
Semester: Spring 2023, Fall 2023, Spring 2024
Salary: $30.03 Hourly
Schedule: Tutoring hours are based on demand for services, compatibility of schedules, and staffing needs. Tutors are scheduled on a semester-by-semester basis.
Worksite: Assignments will include all Massasoit sites.
