Job Overview
The Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards (OSC&CS) promotes a scholarly community by helping students understand their rights and responsibilities throughout the Student Conduct Process. We encourage student learning, growth, and accountability through a fair and equitable process that provides students with a safe and supportive environment to develop into holistic and global citizens. The University of Cincinnati, Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards is seeking a Program Manager. The Program Manager of the OSC&CS is a full-time, 12-month position, which will involve some evening and weekend commitments.
Essential Functions
- Plan and design seminars, classes, workshops, and programs designed to help student(s)/student group(s)/student organization(s) think critically about the impact their behavior has on the University community.
- Conduct research to develop seminar, workshop, and program ideas.
- Administer and analyze assessment data from the OSC&CS.
- Review and determine appropriate next steps for incident reports.
- Investigate/adjudicate student conduct cases.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need.
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required Experience
Three (3) years of relevant experience.
Additional Qualifications Considered
- Master's Degree
- Experience working in a college and/or university setting.
- Experience working with students of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Experience supervising undergraduate/graduate student staff.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
