Position Summary:
The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine offers three dynamic MBA programs - plus PhD, specialty masters and undergraduate business degrees - that prepare business leaders for our digitally driven world. Under the general direction of the Sr. Director, MBA Program Services, the Associate Director, FEMBA Program Services is responsible for the general oversight and implementation of all academic, administrative and co-curricular aspects of program management, student affairs, and delivery of content and services for the FEMBA Program. The Associate Director leads the team that implements FEMBA Program policies and procedures and is accessible to and engaged closely with students; works very collaboratively with department staff. The Associate Director manages all aspects of the FEMBA student experience from orientation through graduation, providing advising to students, registration/matriculation, add/drops, waivers and substitutions, leaves of absence, and developing special and alternate academic plans.

$53,400.00 - $63,550.00 (Annual Salary) Expected Pay Range within the Full Salary Range $53,400.00 - $94,000.00 (Annual Salary)
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
Ability to think strategically, develop and execute operational plans and manage multiple projects and priorities. Working knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and other data base programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, faculty, staff and campus partners. Ability to work with students, faculty, and staff in a tactful and productive manner. Multicultural competencies: ability to work with diverse populations. Skill in writing concise, logical, grammatically correct analytical reports, factual memos and correspondence. Ability in problem identification and reasoning; ability to develop original ideas to solve problems. Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction.

Hybrid position with some onsite work expected each week.
