Under general direction of the Director of Student Involvement, the Assistant Director of Student Leadership & Involvement will assist in the development and delivery of student involvement opportunities with a focus on clubs and organization operations and leadership development programs. This position will manage Registered Student Organizations (RSO), implement and document annual training and development opportunities for officers and advisors for every active RSO, including the delivery, assessment reporting, and ongoing enhancement of Student Leadership Programming.
