The Pathways program also aims to utilize strategies to reduce systemic barriers that could impact our students’ success. Students in the Pathways program will participate in specialized programming, activities, and courses that will enhance their pre-health journey and help them build a competitive application portfolio.

This role involves working directly with Pathways program students, the Pre-Health Student Resource Center (PHSRC) staff, the University of Minnesota faculty, staff and external partners. The Pathways Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for a caseload of students that they will support from the start of the Pathways program to the students’ matriculation into a health professional program.
