Greystar Student Living has partnered with Napa Valley College, NCCD, and The Martin Group to offer new, state-of-the-art housing for students, faculty and staff. The project will welcome 528 residents in August of 2024. River Trail Village will include three buildings, two apartment style buildings and one residence hall. The project will transform the College and student life by adding housing to campus for the first time. Greystar is seeking an experienced student housing professional to lead the project.
