Greystar Student Living has partnered with Napa Valley College, NCCD, and The Martin Group to offer new, state-of-the-art housing for students, faculty and staff. The project will welcome 528 residents in August of 2024. River Trail Village will include three buildings, two apartment style buildings and one residence hall. The project will transform the College and student life by adding housing to campus for the first time. Greystar is seeking an experienced student housing professional to lead the project. The ideal candidate should have experience with both on and off campus student housing and a track record of working closely with colleges and universities to ensure alignment with partner stakeholder goals and expectations.
