The Student Health Service is a department within the Division of Student Affairs and is charged with the responsibility of providing primary health care for the student body of East Carolina University. The primary care encompasses delivery of acute medical care, preventative medical care, health education, and mental health care; provision of laboratory and pharmaceutical services, administrative support services, medical records, radiology, and the education of ECU School of Medicine residents are included in our array of services.
