Position Summary The Assistant Director for Residence Life is responsible for supervision of 4-5 full-time Residence Hall Directors and 4-6 Graduate Assistant Hall Directors, with oversight for a residence hall area of approximately 3000 on-campus students. This position works with the Senior Associate Director to direct the planning, leadership, and management of the overall Residence Education program. The Assistant Director also shares responsibility with another Assistant Director for the planning, management, leadership and implementation of either the staff training and development curriculum or the staff recruitment and selection processes for the Office of Residence Life.    Essential Duties, Tasks and Re
