The Placement Exchange Job Board

 This individual must possess a high level of cultural competency to make sure all people's identities and perspectives are welcomed in the Conference and Event Services office.

Primary Accountabilities:
1. Work with departments and external clients of the university to advance and coordinate events that seek video and specialized technology assistance. Create, set-up, and integrate streaming technology and video production tools in Baker University Center, Memorial Auditorium, Galbreath Chapel, and Walter Hall Rotunda. Provide technical expertise and client support.
2. Maintain video projection, streaming and capturing systems withing venues. Work with external vendors to maintain installed Crestron systems and integrations within OUCES venues.
3. Support the set-up and teardown of other event production needs including but not limited to audio, lighting and staging. Train student support staff in safety protocols surrounding event support. Train student and other support staff in proper operation of installed systems. 

 

Bachelor's degree

1 year work-related experience 

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. 

The target hiring range for this position is $36,279 – $40,788. Salary is commensurate with education and experience, while also considering internal equity.
