The Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life and Programming is responsible for assisting in the administration and organization of a comprehensive student engagement program. The Assistant Director is responsible for the oversight of the Fraternity and Sorority Life program, as well as assisting in CSELO programming efforts.

You will:
Advise and assess a growing Fraternity and Sorority Life community, including oversight of the All-Greek Council, Panhellenic Council, Independent Greek Council, Multicultural Greek Council, and Independent Greek Council
Develop policies and procedures for Fraternity and Sorority Life on campus
Coordinate anti hazing programs, Fraternity and Sorority Life recruitment, and Fraternity and Sorority Life accreditation programs
Plan, implement, and assess programming efforts for the Fraternity and Sorority Life community
Manage the Fraternity and Sorority Life budget
Supervise the Fraternity and Sorority Life Interns
Assist with development and implementation of New Student Orientation Programs
Assist with implementation and advisement of CSELO programs
Assist with creation and implementation of new University traditions
You need:
Master’s degree in higher education, student development or similar field
2+ years professional experience in student affairs, student engagement or similar field
Knowledge of contemporary higher education principles, practices, and procedures
Understanding of Microsoft 365 products required
Understanding of web-based higher education software such as Anthology/Campus Labs Engage and Baseline, Slate, and Banner preferred
Understanding of learning management software such as Canvas preferred
Understanding of web-based event manage software such as EMS, Social Tables, and Eventbrite preferred
A valid drivers license
