JOB SUMMARY                                                                                       Spalding University is seeking an English Language Learner (ELL) Specialist who will work with students to improve their speaking, reading, writing, and understanding of English to achieve success in classrooms where English is the language of instruction. In addition, this role will work to support the recruitment, retention, and graduation of ELL students.
