The Associate Director of Residential Life is responsible for coordinating department of housing efforts to promote student and staff leadership development. The Associate Director works collaboratively with department and division colleagues towards the creation and implementation of environments that intentionally foster and enhance the learning, development and success of residential students and staff. The Associate Director supervises three Assistant Directors and is responsible for half of the buildings on campus. The Associate Director is supervised by the Director of Residence Life. This position will oversee pro/ga staff training, wellness and appreciation efforts, residence life logistics, and assist the director with pro/ga staff recruitment.
Master’s degree in Student Services or related field and 6 years of experience in academic advising, education, residence hall administration, or a related field; or bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in academic advising, education, residence hall administration, or a related field. Valid Driver’s License required.
