The Assistant Director is part of the team of dedicated professionals in the Office of Intercultural Engagement and reports to the Director of that office. This position focuses on coordinating peer education programming to a diverse student body and supporting historically underrepresented students through social, educational, and holistic wellness initiatives. The Assistant Director will work in collaboration with a host of colleagues across the campus to achieve unit, division, and campus equity, diversity, and inclusion goals. The Assistant Director is responsible for a variety of programs including Safe Zone and Trans Zone workshops, Pride Month, APIDA Month, Prism Mentoring, Gender and Sexuality Peer Educators, and Social Justice Peer Educators.
