The Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC) provides the direction, leadership and management of a student residence hall or apartment complex. The RHC works to establish an atmosphere that is conducive to accomplishing the goals and objectives of Residential Education, the mission of the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity and the mission of the University.  Under the general direction of the Associate Directors of Residential Education, the RHC supervises a 24- hour residence hall or apartment complex for 350 to 800 students, and a staff of 8 to 22 Resident Advisors or Community Assistants.
