The Assistant Directors are responsible for the overall coordination and administration of multiple residence halls and supervision of residence life staff at Christopher Newport University. The Assistant Directors seek to provide a safe and secure living and learning community that complements the educational mission of the University and contributes to individual and interpersonal growth and development.
