1. Guide prospective Career & Technical Education (CTE) students through the enrollment process and assist with their inquiries about the college according to the established guided pathways to success model.
2. Advise CTE students on available programs, courses, and resources.
3. Make appropriate referrals to both on campus offices and outside resources for resolution of student concerns.
4. Develop and implement virtual and in person information sessions geared towards prospective CTE students, their families, and the community.
5. Maintain a regular outreach and follow-up schedule with CTE prospective students.
6. Guide CTE students from the application process through testing, registration and payment.
7. Assist with maintaining Admissions office correspondence.
8. Assist in collecting and evaluating CTE student transcripts, application review, and communication schedules.
9. Represent the college as a Recruiter at on and off campus events.
10. Enhance and educate high school and community partners on CTE programs and opportunities.
11. Communicate campus policies and procedures as well as degree offerings, pathways to CTE program completion, and selective program admissions criteria.
12. Develop and implement ongoing communication plans to prospective and applied CTE students through text messaging, email, and phone outreach.
13. Collect and maintain data to provide monthly reports to the Director of Admissions.
14. All other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS 1. Associate's degree or equivalent credits required.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills.
3. Ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team in an innovative environment
4. Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
5. Ability to work in a busy environment with a diverse population.
6. Basic computer skills are required; familiarity with MS Office products is preferred.
