The University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director of Housing & Residence Life for Conduct and Development.  This position is a full-time, professional staff member within the division of student affairs. This position manages student conduct and development needs for the department in collaboration with student conduct, and other related campus partners. Responsibilities include acting as the primary facilitator of residential student conduct, conflict mediation, and student staff development; oversight of the summer operations program; and oversight of camps and conferences.
