The Director of Student Affairs is primarily an administrative role within the Student & Legal Affairs unit.  The Director has three broad areas of responsibility: Executive Operations, Residence Life Supervision, and Student Incident Response.  The Director has singular responsibility for designated tasks as detailed below.  The Director leads the unit in student development with emphasis on fostering a quality living-learning environment for on-campus residents, encouraging all students’ development to being both responsible individuals and good campus/community citizens, and satisfying compliance with both unit and institutional obligations Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Executive Operations
